Knowing the transaction is not knowing the project.

People entering SAP learn isolated screens. On your first project the question is different: what comes next, who does it, and why in that order.

“What comes before and after?”

Order matters

Without Business Partner synced, the conversion stops. Without financial reconciliation, there is no go-live. The track teaches the sequence.

“Is this mine to do?”

Every role in its place

Basis, FI/CO, SD, MM, ABAP, key user, SAP ECS. You learn who delivers what, and who you hand it to next.

“What are they talking about?”

The language of the project

Readiness Check, simplification items, CVI, SUM with DMO, cutover, hypercare. You walk into the meeting following every word.

Free · arriving in October

One command reads your SAP
and hands back the diagnosis.

Two lines in a terminal, and the PDF is in your folder. The X-Ray runs on your machine, looks at a system you already have access to, and returns a PDF with a score from 0 to 100 and the ten biggest problems — each with the risk of leaving it alone and the corrective action, naming the transaction where it gets fixed. It reads ST22 dumps, clients, components and support package levels, users, profiles and background jobs.

  • Nothing leaves your machine. The reading happens in your terminal. iFollow receives no host, no user, no password and no system data — there is nowhere to send it.
  • It writes nothing. No change transaction, no parameter, no write RFC. The PDF says so on its cover, because that is the first question your client's security team asks.
  • Nothing else to install. One command points at the system, the other runs the X-Ray and writes the PDF. That is all. The agent, Claude and the conversation come later, if you want to go beyond the report.
  • No signup, no quota. No iFollow account needed. Run it on as many systems as you like, as often as you like, free, permanently.
  • The PDF is yours to hand over. It carries a content fingerprint that exposes any later change to the file, and it is built for you to attach to your own assessment — not a sample with a watermark across it.

You need Node 20 or newer and access to the system through your usual account — nothing beyond that. Where it stops: the X-Ray names the problem, the risk and where it is fixed, but does not walk you through the correction. That is the Diagnostics plan.

Founding cohort

The first 100 build the product with us.

The agents and the simulator are being built right now, against real systems. A founder does not get a finished product: they get the product as it is being made, and a say in what it becomes. That is not a slogan — the X-Ray that is live today changed because of something a consultant found running it on a client's S/4.

  • One WhatsApp group, 100 people. Closed, founders only. It is where the experience from each project circulates: what broke, what worked, what the client asked. It stays small on purpose — a group of a thousand becomes noise and everyone mutes it.
  • What you find becomes code. A finding on your system the agent missed, a check that would matter at your client, a report that needed another column. It goes into the queue and comes back in a new release.
  • You see it first. A new module, agent or simulator reaches the group before it reaches the site, while your opinion can still change it.
  • Founder status is permanent. The next modules on the main track — Greenfield in the cloud and Release upgrade — come at no cost to founders, and you are never charged the agent's entry subscription. The technical and functional guides, such as Felipe's integration module, are separate modules.

The group opens with the cohort, on 22/10. There are 100 founder seats and 100 places in the group — once they close, they close.

Who it is for

Built for people starting out, or changing gears.

New to SAP

You want into the field and need to show you understand how a project works.

Key users

Your company is migrating and you will be on the project from the client side.

Consultants in transition

You know a module in ECC and need to master the path to S/4HANA.

Students and analysts

You want the end-to-end picture before your first assignment.

The core of the project

The simulator is the beginning.
The agent is the destination.

The simulator is the first step, not the destination. The destination is an agent operating real SAP alongside the person running the project: investigating on its own, proposing the fix, and executing whatever the person approves, with evidence attached to the activity.

The system credential stays on your machine and never passes through our servers — a client's SAP is not exposed to the internet, so the connector has to sit on the inside.

The principle

Autonomy with human approval. The agent investigates and proposes on its own; any change goes through a dry run describing exactly what will happen, and only happens after a person approves it. A system marked productive always refuses changes.

  1. Today available now

    Project simulator

You run a conversion project end to end, with the team, the handoffs and the steering committee.

    • 16 activities of the ECC to S/4HANA conversion on RISE, with a written guide for every step
    • A project library of 55 entries: known error, cause, fix and validation criteria
    • A 30-question exam graded on the server, with a certificate carrying a verification code
    • A PDF status report for the steering committee, generated from your project's real state
  2. Month one in progress

    The connector reads your SAP

An MCP connector runs inside your network and Claude starts querying the system with you, in plain language.

    • ST22 short dumps: list them, filter by program and user, open an occurrence and get the root-cause analysis
    • Background jobs: which cancelled, which keep recurring, and what ran alongside in the same window
    • Users and authorizations, read only: type, validity, lock status, assigned profiles and roles
    • BTP overview: subaccounts, destinations and the state of the Cloud Connector tunnel
    • One-line install in the terminal, on Mac and Windows, with a demo mode to try it without touching any system
  3. Month two planned

The agent acts, with your approval

What was diagnosis becomes execution: the agent shows the change in writing and runs it once you approve.

    • User creation and role and profile assignment, with a dry run first and a record of who approved
    • Guided short dump correction: the agent identifies the cause, proposes the change and opens the path to the fix
    • Evidence attached to the project activity: what ran, who approved it and what the result was
    • Automatic refusal on a productive system, with no configuration exception
  4. Month three planned

    The agent operates BTP

The cloud layer comes into the agent's reach — where integration projects lose the most time.

    • Create a subaccount and configure entitlements
    • Create and test destinations, with principal propagation and OAuth
    • Configure and troubleshoot the Cloud Connector, including exposed resources and location id
    • Activate a product and generate a service key, with the secret shown once and never written to a log
  5. Beyond month three planned

A whole activity run by the agent

The agent takes a roadmap activity end to end and calls you at the decision points.

    • From the Readiness Check collection to the report, without you typing a transaction
    • The agent asks for approval wherever the system changes, and proceeds on its own everywhere else
    • A complete audit trail: every step with a timestamp, an owner and evidence
    • Released to everyone on the track, at no extra cost for founders

When the connector opens

The agent is a subscription, and founders never pay the entry tier

The connector is a work tool, not study material: whoever uses it to diagnose a dump at three in the morning uses it every month. That is why it is a subscription — and why anyone joining as a founder never pays the entry tier.

X-Rayno account, no quota

The PDF diagnosis, running on your machine.

Free

permanently, on any number of systems

  • ST22, clients, components and SP levels, users, profiles and jobs — all read only
  • No developer authorization required: a display role is enough
  • A PDF with a 0-to-100 score and the ten biggest problems, each with its risk and its action
  • No system data leaves your machine
  • Names the problem; does not walk you through the fix
Diagnosticsincluded for founders

The agent investigates your system with you. It changes nothing.

R$ 97/month

or R$ 970 a year — two months free

  • ST22 short dumps with root-cause analysis, system log and background jobs
  • Users and authorizations, read only: type, validity, lock status, profiles and roles
  • BTP overview: subaccounts, destinations and Cloud Connector status
  • The iFollow diagnostic skill: the agent reasons with the project library, not just with the data
  • Unlimited reading and diagnosis, across as many systems as you serve
Execution

The agent executes what you approve, with evidence and an audit trail.

R$ 297/month

or R$ 2,970 a year — two months free · 50 write actions a month

  • Everything in Diagnostics, with reading always unlimited
  • Fifty write actions a month — under R$ 6 per action
  • Writes with approval: user creation, role and profile assignment
  • BTP: subaccount, destination, Cloud Connector, product activation and service key
  • Several systems connected, with a policy per system
  • Execution evidence attached to the project activity, with who approved it and when

Reading never costs; writing counts. Reading and diagnosis are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. Only actions that change the system count toward the month, because those are what replace work: fifty actions for R$ 297 is under R$ 6 each, against a senior SAP consultant hour that the market prices between R$ 207 and R$ 1,086. Consultancies serving several clients have their own plan, with 300 actions a month and a report per client.

Founders never pay the entry tier. Founders get the Diagnostics plan included permanently, with no monthly fee, and a discount on Execution. That is what was promised when you joined, and it still stands.

The connector runs inside your own Claude subscription, on your machine. You need an active Claude account; the iFollow subscription covers the connector, the diagnostic skill and support — not the model.

Available to anyone on the track. The agent works on top of the same library and the same method as the simulator — separated from both, it would be just another API client. For comparison: a senior SAP consultant hour costs R$ 207 to R$ 1,086 on the market. If the agent saves two hours a month, the Execution plan pays for itself several times over.

How the connector protects your system
  • The connector runs in your network, never on our servers: a client's SAP is not exposed to the internet, and we store nobody's system credentials.
  • The connector has no write path: all five tools only read, and its single outbound connection talks to a read-only ADT endpoint. This is not a switch that can be turned off — the code that would write simply does not exist.
  • Every statement goes through a check that rejects any modifying verb before the request leaves your machine, and the text that was checked is exactly the text that is sent.
  • SAP password fields (BCODE, PASSCODE, PWDSALTEDHASH and the like) and credential tables are refused by the connector, even where your authorization would allow reading them.
  • The audit trail records the statement that ran and never its result: what was read never enters a file of ours, and the password never enters anywhere.

What learning SAP costs

The price of a recorded course.
For something nobody sells.

We collected the published prices of the SAP training market. The whole track costs less than one hour of senior consulting, and less than most courses that teach one screen at a time.

Refer and earn

Refer someone, get a month of the agent.

Every student gets their own link. When someone joins through it, the referrer gets a month of the Execution plan — the R$297 one. It is not a cash commission: it is a month of the tool, and it stacks up to twelve.

1

Get your link

Once you join, the Refer tab shows your link. The code is yours and never changes, so it works in a post, a WhatsApp group or a direct conversation.

2

The link remembers you

The link is stored in the browser of whoever clicked it, so the referral still counts for you even if the purchase happens days later.

3

You earn the month

A confirmed purchase credits a month of Execution immediately, added to the validity you already have. A refund reverses it, and referring your own email does not count.

Why product and not cash: a month of the agent runs on your machine, on your own Claude subscription, so it costs almost nothing to deliver — which is what makes a R$ 297 reward possible without making the product more expensive for anyone.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to know SAP already?

No. The track starts from the project context and explains every term as it appears. If you already know a module, you gain the view of the whole project.

Are the lessons live?

There are no live classes and no video lessons. The format is different: you run the project's 16 activities inside the simulator, each with a step-by-step guide, notes, transactions, tables and reports. At your own pace, with lifetime access and all future updates included.

Do I need access to an SAP system?

No. You practise in the iFollow simulator, which reproduces the activities, transactions and deliverables of a real project.

When do I get access?

As soon as you claim your seat you join the founders group. On launch day (October 22, 8pm BRT) we release the simulator and Module 1. The remaining modules arrive in stages over the following weeks, and founders see everything first.

How do I pay?

Over WhatsApp you receive a secure payment link. You can pay by Pix or card, in full or in instalments.

What if I don't like it?

You have a 7-day guarantee. If it does not make sense for you, we refund the full amount.

Is the agent that operates SAP available yet?

Not yet. Today iFollow is the simulator, and the agent is being built, with general release expected in three months — the roadmap is on this page. In the meantime, the agent already runs in simulated execution inside the simulator.

What can the X-Ray not read?

The SM21 system log and the kernel level. That is not our limitation: SM21 writes to a binary file on the server's file system rather than to a table, so no remote read reaches it — only SAPControl or the Host Agent, which is a different port and a different credential for the client to open. We would rather deliver less and tell the truth. What takes its place covers the same pain in practice: ST22 dumps, cancelled and recurring jobs, the client change lock, default accounts and assigned profiles.

Is the X-Ray really free, or free up to a point?

Free and unmetered, permanently. No signup, no system limit, no volume limit. It runs on your machine with Node installed, and the system data never leaves it — there is no server of ours to send it to. What it does not do is walk you through the fix: it names the finding, the risk and where it is resolved, and stops there. The step-by-step in the right order is the Diagnostics plan, and execution inside the system is Execution. Free enough for you to attach the PDF to your own assessment without owing anyone anything.

What counts as an "action" on the Execution plan?

Only what changes the system: creating a user, assigning a profile, spinning up a subaccount, generating a service key. Reading never counts — diagnosis, ST22, users, jobs and reports are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. Fifty actions a month is under R$ 6 each, and each one replaces half an hour to a few hours of manual work. Going over the month does not cost you reading: only the writes wait for the month to turn, or you move up a plan.

Does the agent have a monthly fee?

It will, once the connector opens: the Diagnostics plan is R$ 97 a month and Execution is R$ 297 a month, with two months free on the annual plan. But anyone joining now as a founder gets the Diagnostics plan included permanently, with no monthly fee, and a discount on Execution. That was the promise when the founder seats opened, and it still stands. The agent is a work tool, used every month by whoever diagnoses systems — that is why it is a subscription, and why it does not land on the people who arrived first.

Do I need to pay for Claude separately?

Yes. The connector runs inside your own Claude subscription, on your machine, and that is what pays for the model. The iFollow subscription covers the connector, the diagnostic skill built on our project library, and support. Added together, it still comes in far below one hour of a senior consultant, which the market prices between R$ 207 and R$ 1,086.

Does the connector need access to my company's SAP?

Only if you want to use it on a real system, and that is your call. It installs in demo mode, with fictional data, and in that mode it touches no system at all. When you connect it to a system, the credential stays on your machine and never passes through our servers; writing ships disabled, and a system marked productive refuses any change.

How long does the founder price last?

Until launch on October 22, 8pm BRT, or sooner if the 100 seats run out. After that, the track costs R$ 1,497.

Your first SAP project starts before you are staffed on one.
